We, at Samsung, are constantly updating our organizational pathway to success, and this time, we are looking for sharp-witted, creative new colleagues who are eager to learn.We are currently looking for a passionate and professional Sales Support Specialist to join our Consumer Electronics Sales Team.Role and ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIESAdministrative managing of campaigns and activities across partners/channels on a monthly basis;Responsible for following the internal procedures;Engage in communication with partners to maintain strong relationships;Supporting key clients strategies and Data management of the marketing budget KPIs through the company’s SAP-based ERP system.Responsible for sales administrative documentation, follow internal procedures to obtain the correct contract database Provides support for the implementation of special campaigns for external partners / channels;Participate in the development and adaptation of marketing strategies and plans in accordance with the local requirements;Maintain Samsung partners’ database by introducing a client’s profile and updates;Prepare weekly/monthly reports;Manage administrative communication between sales team and partners/accounts;Participate in in various analyses or report preparation on competition, pricing , , merchandizing strategy, profitability, product strategy, internal/external policies, etc;Liaise with the commercial and marketing departments related to business issues;templates for all the documents requested by the internal stakeholders and new processes;Communicates with Finance team to ensure procedures are followed , updates Sales team in timely manner ;Skills and QualificationsSkills and Qualifications:Education minimum of Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification;Experience working with MS Office: MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint as a minimum;High level of proficiency in EnglishPrevious experience in a related field of at least 2 years.Experience in working to achieve and exceed customer and KPI expectations.Adaptability, ability to work in a multinational environment.What do we offer?Business understanding trainings: Learn all about how the different spheres of business work together to create a Global Company, directly from our Samsung ProfessionalsMentoring and support: you will learn a lot through on-the-job experience and from your colleagues: the best in business.
