Sales Training Manager (Hybrid) in Bucuresti

Responsibilities:Develop and oversee onboarding programs for sales team;Identify, scope and deliver tools and templates to ensure launch readiness of new product introductions, initiatives, etc.;Oversee coaching and leadership development for sales leadership;Work with marketing team to maintain and expand current messaging and playbooks, and ensure messaging is reflected in sales efforts;Promote and measure adoption and utilization of sales messaging tools by those in the field;Promote and train on Management Operating Systems and SFDC;Work with global training team to identify gaps in training and help set priorities for development of new materials;Identify delivery platforms and technology options to improve the quality of sales conversations;Oversee and participate in the delivery of ongoing sales skill development training across areas of Sales Process, Sales;Operating System, Sales Tools, Sales Methodologies, and basics, intermediate, and advanced selling skills;Manage standards, methods, and delivery of sales-relevant communication to the extended global sales community.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or relevant field;Proven 6 years of experience as a Sales Training Specialist, Corporate Sales Trainer or a similar role; experience;Strong working knowledge of the sales process and its best practices;Proficiency in e-learning platforms.
