Description and Requirements Sales Training Co-ordinator (EMEA based) responsible for coordinating and managing key activities during the creation and deployment of all Sales Training Programs, across all Business Groups.This role is integral to the smooth running of the Sales Excellence HUB Team, the co-ordinator will work across multiple Programs supporting the team driving sellers to be their best selves, to achieve high and to support their personal development as they grow their careers. If you think you have the ability, motivation, organization and communication skills to support this dynamic team to accomplish Lenovo’s strategic objectives, then we’d like to meet you!Responsibilities: Overall project management and smooth deployment of the Sales Excellence Curriculum Build credible and integral relationships working closely with senior leadership, management, sales, HR and Business Groups Present to stakeholders to explain program elements, timelines, deliverables and dependencies Program/people tracking, maintenance, administration, communications, calendar/agenda management Effectively communicate and promote training to drive targeted attendance. Management of Audience Participation across Business Groups in both Relationship and Channel sales. Progress tracking and ensuring attendance and Learning Journey reporting. Drive and maintain the adoption, engagement and completion of the Accreditation process post training ·Create, maintain and update materials, taking ownership of the Sales Excellence HUB portal – our communication link to our sellers, managers, leaders and customers. Management of Sales Excellence Portfolio and Careers Guide and assist with social media and marketing tasks to support the Graduate Program Any other admin tasks required for the role Requirements Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments Strong communication skills Strong and proven project management experience Proactively drive tasks to completion within deadlines given Ability to think outside the box, pre-empt situations and look at the bigger picture Continuous improvement mindset and commitment to driving new initiatives Hands-on experience coordinating multiple events across EMEA Understanding and experience of working in a Sales Environment Experience maintaining training budgets Self-starter, willingness to learn Good knowledge of learning management systems, e-learning and web delivery tool MS Office proficiency Experience with various training methods, tools and LMS platforms required Confident and able with using Excel for reporting as well as power point for presentations and communications.
