What you’ll achieve As a Sales Force Business Administrator, you will be part of a global team tasked with system administration for SFDC (Salesforce), servicing systems and vendor supported systems You will: Be responsible for support, business requests, user administration and data management Data Management – Maintain data integrity between SFDC instances, financing originations systems and sales systems Support requests – Monitor SFDC Administration mailbox completing support and services requests within SLA Support request include: assistance with data loads, user administration tasks, issue resolution, usage questions and more IT Projects/System Enhancements – Review requirements, write test cases, conduct UAT testing and post launch validation Take the first step towards your dream career Every Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table.
