We are looking for developers who can take full ownership of complex technical implementation tasks, working closely with a solution architect and a team of admins to meet business requirements. This role will sit within Revolut’s Sales operations team, which is responsible for driving growth of Revolut Business. What you’ll be doingEvolve Salesforce in line with business process changes and strategic objectivesEnd-to-end ownership of scoping, design, implementation and release of bug fixes and new featuresProduce technical documentation and specifications for all developments, working within Agile development cyclesBuild excellent product knowledge and always remain up to date on business, industry and technical strategiesActively seek to make efficiency improvements to existing processes using SalesforceWider stakeholder management to identify CRM use case opportunities and establish functionality requirements, working closely with business analystsManagement of other team roles such as admins and developersWork with all business areas to define and agree the CRM platform strategyWhat you'll need3+ years of experience working with Apex programming applied to Salesforce Sales Cloud and Pardot solutionsPrior experience working alongside admins, solution consultants and technical architectsPrior experience working within a CRM centre of excellence practiceExtensive Apex, LWC and Javascript experienceCompetency in HTML, XML, Flex, ASP, SQL, Java or C++, REST and SOAP-based web servicesExtensive experience working with custom API integrationsLightning Web Component experienceDesirable: Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I, Certified Salesforce Administrator, Certified Javascript Developer, Certified Platform App BuilderPassionate about contributing to continual improvement of coding standards and release QAStrong analytical thinking, root cause analysis, and creative problem solving abilityAbout RevolutPeople deserve more from their money.
