You will report to our Salesforce Team Lead and, together with the team, be responsible for making sure LINK develops and maintains a CRM fit for purpose. You will work closely with both Business Support System colleagues and with sales and support throughout our organization. The role will have a global reach. YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR Collaborating with stakeholders and our Salesforce team to understand requirements  Designing and implementing solutions on the Salesforce platform aligned with stakeholder requirements Ensuring high adoption rates and smooth and efficient usage globally  Prioritizing efforts together with the Salesforce team Supporting end-users in new processes and functionalities WE HOPE YOU HAVE Strong Salesforce platform knowledge, including design, implementation, data management, integration, testing etc. Good programming skills, such as proficiency in Apex, knowledge of JavaScript and HTML for front-end customization in Lightning components and Visualforce pages Understanding of various integration options, such as REST, SOAP, and Salesforce Connect, and knowledge of API integration and web services Proficiency in creating and managing workflow rules, process builder, and flows to automate business processes, and knowledge of automation tools like Apex Triggers Understanding of deployment processes, including changesets, Salesforce DX, and continuous integration (CI) tools Understanding of Salesforce security model and permission sets.
