Salesforce Platform is the only CRM for the entire organisation delivering core functionalities for Marketing and Sales, Service functions.Salesforce domain sits in the heart of the ongoing large transformation programs and planned for next 4-5 years time horizon in the organisation and comprises of modern technologies like Conga CPQ, Conga CLM, Conga eCommerce, Eloqua marketing, Player maps etc.As Salesforce Platform Domain Lead in Hitachi Energy you would be part of the Global Platform and Applications Organisation (P&A).P&A is responsible for delivering the programs and operations for all the platforms and apps across Hitachi Energy. Your responsibilities/tasks:Lead Delivery team(s) and act as key escalation point for cross functional issuesEnsure effective implementation of projectsEnsure stable operations with effective and efficient support organizationBuild and maintain the Platform aligned to the given goals compliant to the Enterprise ArchitectureFinancial management of the platform budget & spendObtain, allocate and manage resources to deliver business goals and expectationsManage / drive periodical service reviews with the respective stakeholdersBuild and report regular progress to various stakeholdersTeam management Type of work: HybridYour background/ requirements:15+ years of Salesforce Platform experienceKnowledge on salesforce components and solutionsExperience to lead global complex programs and teamsStrong organisational and planning skillsHands on experience in financial managementExperience with program management frameworks, methodologies, and toolsStrong communications skills.Strong writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design, professional printing/publishing skills are essential, including ability to present concepts verbally.Proficient English language skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.Proactive and self-motivatedPassion, Integrity and EnergyExperienced leader of an international team of people
