Salesforce project manager required - Remote/Zurich - 6-12 Month contract
Our consultancy client is looking for a Salesforce Project lead/Project Manager to join the team and drive towards success.
Role & Responsibilities
- Liaising with stakeholders to establish the needs of clients, as well as managing their expectations and setting agreed objectives
- Managing a team to deliver complex Salesforce projects on time and to budget, motivating and influencing team members to be accountable and achieve success
- Taking responsibility for the people and defining project objectives and deliverables across the full lifecycle - delivering to targeted cost, timescale, and quality parameters
- Identifying potential risks and developing solutions to manage them Skills & Qualifications
- Project Management experience on the Salesforce Platform * Ideally hands on Salesforce prior experience
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Ability to negotiate for project delivery success
- Experience of project planning, issue, risk and change management
- Demonstrated experience of delivering projects to budget, on time, and at quality
- Strong communication skills with proven stakeholder management
