Salesforce Project Manager Location: 100% REMOTE Employment Type: 4 month contract (possible extensions)About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead and oversee the successful delivery of Salesforce-based projects. In this role, you will manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will collaborate with stakeholders, gather business requirements, and lead cross-functional teams in designing, implementing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions.Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while mitigating risks.Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective solutions.Oversee cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration between business and technical teams.Apply project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) to optimize delivery and efficiency.Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, governance, and integration standards. Requirements:✔️ Experience: 3+ years of experience managing Salesforce implementation projects or similar software projects.Proven track record of successfully delivering projects across their full life cycle.Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders. ✔️ Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.Familiarity with Salesforce best practices, tools, and integrations.Expertise in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
