You lead workshops with customers, evaluate the technical implementation of customer requirements, are responsible for the design and implementation and act as a contact for technical questions. • You are in close contact with product owners, IT architects and other experts and deal with the selection and adaptation of frameworks, standard components, and methods. • New topics and technologies are part of your everyday work, such as microservices, DevOps, artificial intelligence, data management, API-led data integration Qualifications: • You have a degree in (business) informatics, business administration or a comparable degree• You speak German (at least B2 level) and English and impress with your communication and problem-solving skills• A positive attitude with a "can do" mentality, strong stakeholder management and excellent teamwork with customers and colleagues• You have a strong interest in digital transformations and convince with your affinity for topics related to customer relationship management• 3+ years of experience working with the Salesforce Platform, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud & Marketing Cloud• In-depth understanding of Salesforces declarative and customizable features and experience with relational databases, data modelling, DB schema and SOQL/SOSL.
