Job Description
- Support the Project Manager in pre-order phase (forecast updates, clarification of technical content etc.);
- Receives and processes sample orders from the customer;
- Confirm the technical definition with the Project Manager;
- Ensures that the customer requirement of each order is transmitted to the Plant;
- Informs the customer about planned delivery dates
- Distributes the sample delivery plan to customer and internally after each meeting with the Project Manager;
- Ensures and follows customer communication;
- Ensures and follows internal communication with Plant.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor degree;
Minimum experience in the field:
- At least 2 years of experience;
Know-how/technologies:
- Microsoft Excel at an advanced level;
- Experience in working with order management systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.);
Personality:
- Problem solving skills;
- Systematic, organized and precise working style;
- Independent and pro-active working style;
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively;
- Good communication skills;
- Ability to work in team (including virtual teams);
- Customer orientation;
Languages spoken:
- Fluent level of English and French/Italian/German language are mandatory;
Nice to have:
- Willingness to travel.
