Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesManage and Maintain SAP Landscape in BorgWarner.Monitoring and Execution of SAP Backup/ Restore & Recovery tasks.Handle SAP Basis related Tickets and resolve them as per the SLA.Job RequirementsSAP Basis & middleware applications administrationBasis configuration, customizing & Performance management of SAP Application Servers ERP, GTS, BW, SRM, PPM, SAP Solution Manager, GRC, HR & Portal)Maintaining SAP system landscape installing EhPs, SPS, LCPsMaintaining Database landscape for SAP and Middleware applicationsControlling and monitoring of SAP landscape including subsystemsAdministration and configuration of SAP subsystems like archiving and printing landscape and middleware applicationsSupporting the rights and roles frameworkMonitoring Backup & Execution of Restore/Recovery TasksPerform System Refreshes / Client CopiesAssures achieving the Service levels for the operation of the business application platformsPerform after hour maintenance and emergency on call work as needed2nd Level SupportExperience and minimum qualifications:Good Knowledge and experience on installation and maintenance of SAP Servers.5+ years work experience in related environmentDeep Knowledge and Experience in SAP Core Components, preferably certifiedSystematic and structured work behavior, Self-Motivated and DrivenStrong English Communications skillsShould be able to handle the SAP Basis related issues with minimal support.Should have good problem solving skills
