Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Enigneering5+ years of internal and/or external Teams management4+ years experience in the IT Field2+ years of relational database design, maintenance, performance tuning, upgrading and administering2+ years SAP Basis and operating system support in Windows environments2+ years SAP Basis support including transport management, patching, enhancement packages and version upgradesDemonstrated experience implementing and migrating large scale SAP enterprise wide applications and databases to new platforms and versionsEnglish fluent in speech and writingExperience with Active Directory, SAP HANA, SAP GRC AC, SAP Security Design, Implementation and Administration will be a plus SAP Certification will be a plus Responsibilities Manage Global SAP Basis TeamManage external vendor delivering Basis servicesDefine Basis Team members development paths, yearly targetsEscalation Management on Project Issues, CRs, Incidents or Service RequestsAct as a Basis Team single point of contact for the company and external vendorsSupport recruiting process for internal staff Onboarding of new team members Team training on internal processesRegular Performance Reviews (in MAGs) and goal setting in Projects, Releases, Support and MAGsDefine future potential and development paths for Team membersResolve HR issues with employee, Leadership team / HROrganize trainings within Solution, Build, Support TeamCoach and support traineesLiaise with SAP CC Build Teams on Basis Team Project/CRs engagementProject- and CR resource staffing, capacity planning and conflict resolutionEnsure Basis Team acts according to agreed SLAIstall, manage, monitor, tune & troubleshoot SAP systems and databases in accordance with defined SLAsManage & monitor operating systems on all SAP SystemsProvide SAP Basis Application, Database & Operating system L2 and L3 support to SAP TeamsWork with IT Operations team members to design and implement controls for new technologies, systems & their supporting infrastructure to ensure systems are available and recoverable in accordance with our service level agreementsAvailability to work selected weekends to perform off-hours maintenance to ensure our systems are available and secureAvailability to work selected weekends to perform off-hours maintenance to ensure our systems are available and secureAvailability to participate in a rotating on-call program for after-hours emergency supportCollaborate with SAP Development & Functional teams to ensure custom programs are protected in accordance to company's development policies & guidelines The offer Hybrid working model (2 days from the office) Office located in WarsawAn open corporate culture, supportive atmosphere High innovation pace and interesting med-tech products Cafeteria benefit system covering private medical care etc. Support in further training and development opportunities Modern office with comfortable working environment Onboarding program provided with close cooperation with your LM and the team Support in further training and development opportunities
