We're looking for an SAP FI/CO Team Lead responsible for ensuring the quality of our engagements, managing service operations, and leading a team. Key qualifications include SAP expertise, team management, and strong communication skills. Responsibilities: Quality Assurance: Ensure deliverables' quality and compliance. Service Operations: Oversee operations and drive innovation. Domain Expertise: Act as the domain expert and stay updated. Planning and Delivery: Manage estimates and timely project delivery. Team Management: Evaluate and lead team members' performance. Technical Expertise: Proficient in SAP FI/CO and ABAP debugging. Solution Development: Create blueprints and functional specifications. Integration: Analyse system interfaces and third-party integrations. Certification: SAP certification is a plus. Team Lead Expertise: Management Skills: Proficient in people and project management. ITIL Processes: Knowledge of ITIL processes. Business Understanding: Understand business processes. Soft Skills: Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships. Resilience: Work well under pressure, flexible, and a strong team player. Problem Solving: Strong analytical and conceptual thinking. Service-Oriented: Dedicated and service-oriented.
