Job Description Location: BucharestWorkstyle: Hybrid, with 2 days of remote work*few exceptions can be made for really senior candidates outside Bucharest What You’ll Do: Communicate with clients to gather essential requirements. Analyze business needs to design solutions in advance. Participate in business workshops and perform Fit-to-Standard analysis. Configure and customize solutions based on specific industry and business needs. Prepare project documentation, including training and educational materials for users. Skills: 6-8 years of relevant experience. Expertise in information analysis and management. Experience in process management within FMCG. Proficiency in Agile and release management in multi-vendor environments. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable items for Agile teams. Experience in drawing up business cases using quantitative and qualitative data to drive results. Technical Proficiency: Expert in FI and RE modules (GL, AA, AR, BA, FX-RE). Deep understanding of financial business processes. Ability to suggest innovative solutions to business problems. Participation in at least 4 full FI project implementations. Nice to Have: CO module expertise. Experience in the retail sector. Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
