Role Name: SAP HCM Consultant Implementation project 4 Positions open To start ASAP: 6 months durationLocation: Remote in SpainAbout the roleSpanish speaking, English is a plus SAP HCM modules for Personnel Administration and Spanish payroll. Extensive functional knowledge of Human Resources processes. It is desirable to have participated in SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll implementation projectsDescription of the project:Adaptation of basic SAP HCM settingsCreation and adaptation of payroll and time conceptsAdaptation of payroll and time schemes and rulesBasic debugging knowledgePayroll and time log analysisConfiguration of extra payments, seniority, vacation settlement, compensation, IT complement, proposal of payroll concepts, configuration of characteristicsConfiguration of organizational structureHaving worked with ticketing toolsDocumentation of changes madeUnit testsIntegrated tests Skills needed:Functional profile with knowledge of HCM, in its PA (Personnel Administration) and PY (Payroll) modulesKnowledge of the main HR business processes: personnel administration, payroll and talent managementExperience +3 years in project implementation with SAP PY in Spain.Desirable experience in other SAP HCM modules and/or integration with Finance (FI)Analysis, problem-solving and communication skills at a functional level, Teamwork, customer orientation, results orientation and commitment.
