About the project Our client is a group of international consulting companies with around 400 consultants and specialists, based in Germany, Poland, Switzerland and India specialize in SAP Consulting, SAP Solutions and digital transformation. Your responsibilities As Lead Consultant, you will be in charge of our SAP Finance department, both in terms of topics and teams Consulting on SAP finance topics at management level Developing strategies with customers at management level Project management in our SAP Finance projects Collaboration in the preparation of offers as well as the marketing of topics, e.g. case studies, concepts or decision papers Business trips 25 - 50% of the time (in most of the cases is one week in Germany and another in Poland) Team in Germany Our requirements Experience - 5 years in SAP consulting Knowledge of the SAP solutions Knowledge of SAP cloud solutions Very good German (C1 or native) Very good English Experience with team leadership - nice to have This is how we organize our work This is how we work at the client's sit, you develop several projects simultaneously, you can change the project, you have influence on the technological solutions applied, you focus on product development, agile What we offer Home office from Poland or Germany Flexible working hours Salary: 24 000 - 28 000 PLN gross (contract of employment) Salary: 24 000 - 28 000 PLN net (contract B2B) Multisport Benefits Sharing the costs of sports activities Remote work opportunities Flexible working time
