SAP MM Consultant in Bucuresti

Mission As part of the Finance transformation project, we are looking for a service technical functional SAP MM S/4 HANA to ensure consultancy on the consistency of end to end integration of the solution. The service will consist of integrating IT teams to participate in the implementation phases implementation and deployment of the S/4 HANA Finance project.The objective is to take ownership of the solution and manage its implementation in conjunction with the teams IS/IT and the project teams concerned Responsibilities:Assist business workshops during the design of the future Core Design to ensure endto-end integration of the S/4Hana Finance solutionAssist in changing the MM configuration according to the business workshopsManage the relationship with stakeholders and development teamsDrafting of detailed specification files (in English)MVP startup supportIdentification of post MVP releases with IT teams and the method of implementation to limit operational impacts on existing ISParticipate in the Master Data and Data Cleansing strategy for the integrationParticipate in the integration, testing and migration strategyEnlightens with digital experience the solutions imagined by Product Owner (best practices, consistency with market standards…)• Gives advice on possible improvements in product backlogSupports Product Owner in Product Backlog priorizationProposes priorization adjustment based on the perceived valueParticipates in lifecycle of Product BacklogEnsures that the Product Backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to allDetails each selected feature in the form of a User Story small enough to be implemented within one sprint, including acceptance criteria necessary for the team to understand and develop the user storyUnderstands and prioritize Technical Stories suggested by the team as well as Defect StoriesClarify any User Story upon request from the Development Team during a SprintParticipates and contribute to Agile events with the Team Profile Business analyst skillsModeling of business flows in the new IS system based on S/4HANAExpertise in P2P flow and inventory managementKnowledge of EDI, intra-inter company flows and MM master dataGood knowledge of MM/FI integrationHands on the configuration of the new S4HANA systemWork with the agile scrum methodStrength of proposal with good interpersonal skillsA very good listener as well as good faculties of expression are necessary.Speak fluent EnglishWork on innovative projects with a strong proximity to the businessTeam player attitude with a sense of systhesys and attention to detailsAt ease with sharing and transfering knowledge to others (whether it be within the agile team or with stakeholders)Practical knowledge of agile methodologiesMore than 5 years of experience on large-scale transformation projectsSuccessful experience in an implementation or deployment environment ERP S4HANAKnowledge of the “Procure to pay” domain on S4HANAKnowledge of SAP PO and BTP (Business Technology Platform) would be a plusVery good level of EnglishAt least 2 years of experience in Agile projects, especially digital projects
