Job Summary: As an SAP O2C Specialist, you will play a critical role in optimizing our order-to-cash process using SAP ERP solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and seamless order processing, billing, and cash collection. Your expertise in SAP O2C modules will be instrumental in improving our customer service, cash flow, and overall business performance. Key Responsibilities: SAP Configuration and Maintenance: Configure, customize, and maintain SAP O2C modules to align with business requirements and best practices. Order Processing: Streamline the order management process, ensuring orders are accurately processed, and customer requirements are met efficiently. Billing and Invoicing: Generate invoices and billing documents accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with legal and financial regulations. Credit Management: Implement and maintain credit management policies, monitor customer credit limits, and support collections activities. Cash Application: Manage the cash application process, reconcile customer payments, and resolve any discrepancies. Reporting and Analytics: Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into O2C performance and identify areas for improvement. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, customer service, finance, and IT teams to optimize O2C processes and resolve issues promptly.
