Project Manager SAP Project Manager Your Key Responsibilities Leading overarching SAP projects that can affect numerous functional modules and global projects within the Schaeffler group. Leading functional sub-project teams, consisting of internal and external IT consultants as well as developers. Coordinating internal resources and external third parties/vendors for your project are key to your SAP project success. Being responsible for the full project life cycle by considering the planning, design, and execution of SAP projects. Providing IT consultation support for large-scale migration projects. Your Qualifications Bachelor's or comparable degree in computer science, computer engineering, economics or qualification with in practice acquired knowledge and experiences Over 10 years of relevant and proven experience in SAP projects, preferably carve-out, carve-in and migration projects Experience in SAP consultancy, preferably in a large IT consultancy company Experience in multi stakeholder management and complex process environment Ability to work with cross organizational users – Finance, IT, Sales, Operations, HR, etc. – to identify opportunities and drive them to resolution, translate business issues into solutions that address complex situations Excellent client relationship skills and thorough understanding of various cultures and how they can be managed in delivering engagements Meticulous attention to detail, superb organization skills, and strong sense of ownership Very high customer and team orientation.
