Your expertise will cover key areas such as customer interactions, preventive maintenance, in-house repairs, and field service operations.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design, implementation, and integration of SAP S/4HANA Service solutions, driving projects from blueprinting through to go-live.Manage project teams, ensuring alignment with broader strategies and effective resource utilisation across borders and business units.Utilise your domain expertise in Service Management to guide and mentor your team, translating complex business requirements into actionable technical solutions.Engage in change management, end-user support, and training to ensure the successful adoption of new systems.Contribute to the global growth of the SAP Service practice by coaching junior consultants and sharing best practices.About You:Minimum 6 years in S/4 HANA Service implementation within a consulting firm or similar role, with experience managing small to medium-sized teams.Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for knowledge sharing.Fluent in Dutch and/or French with a high level of proficiency in English.EU citizenship and a valid driving license in Belgium.Desirable Skills:Experience with SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud Service, SAP Field Service Management, and SAP Service Cloud.Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile and SAP Activate.Knowledge of additional SAP modules (MM, FICO, LE, GTS) and integration with SAP or non-SAP solutions.Please apply now or contact me directly
