We have an ambition to continuously improve our processes, and our SuccessFactors Solution to optimize value for all of KMD. To accomplish this, We have a number of projects ongoing, and even more, projects planned for the time to come. Currently, We have projects with Recruitment, Onboarding, People Analytics, and Position Management running.Next up will be projects with Time Management and Payroll, moving from a traditional SAP ECC-based solution to SuccessFactors. At the same time, NEC is embarking on a journey to update, simplify and rethink processes and HR Solutions on a global scale.
