That’s why all our employees enjoy access to dynamic career opportunities across different fields and industries.Are you ready to help us make the future?We have an opportunity for an SAP Super User to join our Safety and Productivity Solutions team in Bucharest. The purpose of the role is to provide a high level ofinternal support with new implemented SAP solution and to train and guide SAPusers. The SAP Super User will be responsible for enabling system drivensolutions for the efficiency improvement initiatives within the team. Also hewill be responsible to ensure system as well as operational training for theteam. SAP Super User responsibilities:Learn business processes to the standard required and ensure that knowledge is effectively transferred to other users.Build-up Operational Induction training for the Customer Service team and ensure training for new joiners as well as refresh training session whenever neededReview and Update training documentation. Training documentation and reference guides are kept up to date.Contributes to ongoing Quality improvement and supports auditing initiatives.Based on Audit result build-up individual training recommendationsResponsible for supporting users; Ensure that Users understand and execute their role to the standard required.Create, review and update training documentation.
