SAP WCM - PM - Remote - Sweden - 6+ months in Bucuresti

Job Vacancy: SAP WCM ConsultantLocation: The consultant must be located/based in Sweden.Travel Requirements: Travel is requiredResponsibilities:Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including technical consultants, ABAP developers, and other functional consultants.Configure SAP WCM (and PM) modules to meet specific business requirements and implement custom solutions.Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to address issues and ensure smooth integration.Conduct thorough testing and validation to ensure the seamless transition of functionalities from the old system to the new one.Adapt to changing project requirements and collaborate with various functional consultants and key users from MM, FI, and authorization modules.Analyze and understand business processes and requirements, specifically related to Work Clearance Management.Design and configure SAP WCM solutions to meet business needs, ensuring alignment with best practices.Understand custom developments.Write requirement gathering documents and create delta lists.Assist in writing the WCM section in blueprints.Qualifications:5+ years of experience in SAP WCM (and PM) with a strong understanding of both functional and technical aspects.Strong understanding of SAP WCM & PM processes with at least 5 years of experience in implementation or support roles.Comprehensive understanding of standard processes in SAP WCM & PM.Ability to communicate between business and other functional consultants.Proficient in reading and understanding ABAP code for error analysis and communicating technical requirements to ABAP developers.Fluent in both English and German (speaking, reading, and writing) to effectively communicate with stakeholders in multinational environments.Additional Desired Skills:Deep understanding of SAP WCM modules, including work permit management, isolation management, and risk assessment.Proficiency in configuring and customizing SAP WCM to meet business requirements.Proficiency in writing blueprints and documenting requirements from requirement workshops.Strong knowledge of integrating SAP WCM with other SAP modules like PM (Plant Maintenance), MM (Materials Management), and EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety).Start Date: ASAPSend me your CV
