In this role, you will not only facilitate Agile ceremonies but also manage the team-level backlog and ensure smooth project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate Agile ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, ensuring that the team stays focused on delivering valueCollaborate closely with the client-side program manager / project manager to align project planning and prioritiesManage and maintain the team-level backlog, safeguarding delivery timelines and quality by preventing scope creep and ensuring achievable project goalsLeverage strong negotiation skills to manage stakeholder expectations, challenge scope changes, and propose alternative solutions to maintain project viabilityMentor and coach team members on Agile principles and practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvementServe as a liaison between the development team and the client, promoting transparent communication and constructive feedbackApply Agile principles with a flexible and adaptive approach, recognizing the need for tailored methodologies in large-scale transformation projects Must-have:Proven experience as a Scrum Master, or similar role in a complex project environmentExceptional customer-facing, communication, and interpersonal skillsStrong understanding of Agile principles and practices, along with experience in adapting methodologies to suit project needsAbility to travel within Europe between up to 20% of time (the remaining time remote) Nice-to-have:Background in consulting, preferably with Big4 experience in delivering large-scale digital transformation projects is a big plusExperience in change management, process improvement, and facilitating organizational transformationsProficiency in GermanFamiliarity with governance, risk management, performance management, and compliance software solutions is a significant plus We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, along with the opportunity to work on a high-profile project for a global industry leader.
