Salary 9.000 - 14.000 RON net per month Requirements:- • Required First level Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I);• Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least one year for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory;• Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency;• Knowledge of numerous well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: numerous Burndown techniques, numerous Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc);• Experience working with Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence);• Experience working with the M365 product suite, either in a delivery or development capacity;• Nice to have knowledge of other Agile approaches: Kanban, etc;• Nice to have knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games;• Ability to adapt to a changing environment;• Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction;• College diploma or university degree in the field of business administration, finance, or information systems is considered advantage;• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.Responsibilities:- • Work collaboratively across the organization, open to learning attitude, show curiosity;• You are helping the team agree on what they can achieve during each development sprint (or another period);• You facilitate the daily stand-up (and other scrum ceremonies) and help the team reach a consensus;• You will be helping the team continuously make progress on the project by ensuring each person is working on the right tasks, helping to remove any obstacles to the team members' progress, and protecting the team from distractions;• Making sure everyone on the team understands the project's goals and scope;• Helping the product owner maintain the product backlog;• Keep implementation aligned with the agreed roadmap;• Engage with stakeholders to provide indicative timelines, milestones and estimations for team deliverables and solutions;• Ensure team availability, reliability, and performance;• Facilitate collection of business requirements, understand the high-level scope, and foster for quality of deliverables;Technologies:- Atlassian- JIRA- Microsoft 365More: Who WE ARE:Advisority is a European business and technology service provider, advising and supporting organizations in achieving their business objectives through information technology.At Advisority, we pride ourselves in striving to be the greatest at what we do!We are committed to building strong, diverse teams, who can reach their full potential.
