Sea Freight system and documentation coordinator in Bucuresti

Your Duties

  • Check and register the shipments details in our operational system
  • Preparing and following up the arrival notices that are being sent to the customers
  • Check customer commercial documents in order to prepare them for customs clearance operations 
  • Prepare arrival notices and send them to customers 
  • Register vendors invoices in our system
  • Assist department colleagues in accomplishing daily tasks like invoicing, archieving
