Sector Quality Manager in Oradea

Purpose Statement: Responsible for the quality of production. Supervises and guides the quality department, as well as other responsibilities related to this post.Key Job Accountabilities:Managing and standardizing best site control and inspection practices.Managing compliance for the medical sector.Manage customer teams for quality issues at the sector level and be in charge of contacting the quality customer.Managing the CAR process for clients and managing failure analysis.Managing the compliance of the quality system with the requirements of the external regulatory agency.Accountable to execute on Plexus’ Best People strategy, leaders will focus on evaluating potential, driving succession planning and ensuring that their employees receive the development and coaching required to realize their full potential.Additional Accountabilities:Acknowledges and complies with the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards provided in the procedures and instructions that are specific to each field, documentation that underlies the proper functioning of the integrated management system of quality, environment, safety and occupational health.Additional duties as assigned by management.Education/Experience Qualifications:A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required.Five (5) years of related experience is required.An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.Other Qualifications: The employee must demonstrate experience in supervision.Decision-making abilities and good communication skills.Excellent knowledge of Excel.Good knowledge of English.Work Environment:The work setting should consist of an office environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and a low noise level.
