ManageEngine Vulnerability Manage (nice to have) Nessus / Tenable (nice to have) CrowdStrike Falcon (nice to have) Qualys VMDR (nice to have) Rapid 7 InsightVM (nice to have) Microsoft 365 Defender (nice to have) Tanium (nice to have) We're currently seeking an enthusiastic and analytical individual to join our team as a Security Analyst for our Threathub project. This role requires a solid understanding of vulnerability management, knowledge of the CVSS risk scoring system, and familiarity with the NVD database and other threat intelligence data sources. The ideal candidate must be able to comprehend the information provided by the feeds in terms of vulnerabilities and how to apply this data to evaluate and manage potential risks within the network infrastructure. They must be able to gather and analyze network information, understand its presentation, and match vulnerabilities accurately to network devices. Key Responsibilities Comparing scanning results from various vulnerability management tools.Manually verifying discovered vulnerabilities on different platforms.Identifying potential false positives within the results.Conducting vulnerability management tasks with attention to detail and accuracy. Preferred Qualifications Basic understanding of vulnerability management principles.Knowledge of CVSS risk scoring and NVD database.Familiarity with different threat intelligence data sources.Experience with or understanding network information collection and analysis.Capability to identify and verify vulnerabilities on network devices.
