Job Description Our infrastructure specialists are responsible for designing and implementing back-end services. They ensure reliability, security, and scalability for all platform layers within our solutions. Infrastructure teams provide expertise across virtualization, cloud services, storage solutions, cybersecurity, and scripting and automation. We are now seeking a Security Architect to join our Cyber Security Center of Excellence (CSCoE), reporting directly to the Head of Cyber Security Operations.  Responsibilities: Conduct thorough cybersecurity assessments of target companies during M&A due diligence. Identify vulnerabilities, technical weaknesses, and signs of ongoing cyberattacks. Quantify cyber risks related to intellectual property (IP), customer data, and operational disruption. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integration strategies. Ensure seamless cybersecurity integration by closing potential attack avenues Prevent inadvertent transfer of critical assets during separation Evaluate existing threat landscapes and potential risks Develop strategies to mitigate identified threats Implement security controls and countermeasures Deliver technical reports and white papers detailing test results and security architecture Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) preferred Proven experience in cybersecurity consulting, especially in M&A contexts Key Requirements: Ability to design and implement robust security architectures for complex environments Familiarity with network segmentation, access controls, and secure communication protocols Knowledge of risk assessment frameworks and risk mitigation strategies Understanding of cloud security principles (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) Proficiency in securing cloud-based applications, data, and infrastructure Awareness of secure coding practices and ability to guide development teams.
