Your day to DayYou will implement Security Awareness & Culture Building VF group strategy across VOIS. You will design & develop security awareness calendar, materials and channels specific for VOIS in alignment with Group awareness and Internal VOIS Comms teamYou will develop content with regards to enhancing security culture across the organization according to security policies and guidelines You will design and implement applicable onground related activities to engage staff members across locations to maintain security culture across organization which help VOIS to be more Safe, Secure and CompliantYou will design and develop security branding for VOIS locations according to group guidelinesYou will conduct periodic Security Inspection/Assurance exercise to ensure compliance with security rules and guidelines across VOIS HU/ROWith these activities you will have a great impact on our businessYou will deliver security induction sessions to all new hire You will tailor security awareness to targeted groups based on needs / driverYou will design and implement security branding according to group guidelines You will design and implement on ground culture building activities/campaigns and ensure high level engagement from population You will conduct periodic phishing exercise and measure improvement trend You will conduct periodic security inspection exercise to make sure VOIS HU/RO population is following security rules You will100% delivery of security induction to all VOIS EU new hire across service lines You will measure security culture improvement amongst VOIS population You will decrease in number of incidents in different CorpSec domains (Physical , Phishing , Fraud , …etc)You will work for improvement in compliance level towards security rules and guidelines With these skills you are a great candidateYou have excellent communication and influence skillsYou have a very good computer design tools skillsYou have excellent presentation skills You have a very good innovation skillsUniversity degree and preferred to be with psychology major.You have at least 2 years of experience with Telecom or IT domains Good awareness with Risk Management frameworksSounds like the perfect job?
