Microsoft Teams is the hub for teamwork that is used by over 100 million users in over 180 countries to be more engaged and productive – every day. Teams is used as a primary collaboration app in the enterprises as well as a remote learning tool in many schools and universities.
The Desktop Security team is responsible for overall security of Microsoft Teams desktop clients across major platforms – Windows, macOS, and Linux. Those clients are built on modern web technologies and leverage the frameworks like Electron and Edge WebView2 to provide a seamless experience between web and native.
We are seeking a talented and passionate Security Engineer to join our team and help drive the charter for the security of Microsoft Teams clients. The right candidate will have a combination of both web and native code security skills, will be able to approach risk assessment pragmatically, and will learn continuously to keep knowledge relevant to an ever-changing security landscape.
