Job Description
- Implementation of the security concept adopted by the company within LDP EXTRA stores;
- Periodically evaluates store stock corrections and ensures compliance with company procedures with impact on security/loss prevention;
- Periodically provides advice to the store manager and proposes measures to streamline loss prevention and security measures;
- Provides support for the preparation of the store's Risk Analysis, in accordance with applicable legal provisions;
- Periodically checks and evaluates the security activity in the store and informs the Operations Manager about the identified risks and proposes remedial solutions;
- Coordinates and periodically controls the activity of the personnel of the security service providers or companies, periodically checks the security systems;
- Maintains contacts with companies providing installation and maintenance services for security equipment, monitors the performance of periodic and corrective maintenance (video, access control, anti-burglary), is responsible for preparing, completing and keeping (at each store level) all registers required by applicable security legislation;
- Provides support to police agencies when necessary, prepares documents for them, related to security events;
Qualifications
- Good knowledge of the security services market, marked by relevant experience in the Retail sector;
- Excellent organizational, analytical, planning and control skills;
- The ability to work with people and as part of a team;
- Between 1-3 years of relevant experience;
- Driving license category B;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
