The business unit Electrification Technology is looking for a Cybersecurity System architect for the definition of mechanisms and architecture that will help to ensure security of the product and the privacy of its users. The Cybersecurity System Architect will work together with the Cybersecurity Security Manager and will have the opportunity to drive and shape the introduction of a new technology to the automotive industry.
This position is open to candidates with professional experience in the intended area.
Main tasks:
• Defining the mechanisms and architecture that will help to ensure security of the product and the privacy of its users, based on the results of the threat analysis;
• Definition of technical concepts and outlines with respect to security and privacy aspects;
• Evaluation of customer requirements for Cybersecurity and derivation of specific requirements at product level;
• Collaboration with architects and engineers from system, hardware, software and test to ensure the technical realization of the Cybersecurity concept;
• Support of the analysis of change requests with respect to the impact on SP for System Engineering, Hardware, and Software architecture and design.
• Degree in computer science, electrical engineering or a similar field of study with a focus on information security;
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability of abstraction;
• Systematic and result oriented way of working;
• Willingness to work in complex and multi-disciplinary topics;
• Ability to communicate in a concise manner internally and externally and moderate in team meetings;
• Willingness to travel internationally;
• Very good English in speaking and writing. German is a plus.
• Experience with Security & Privacy, cryptography, secure communication technology or functional safety;
• Experience with embedded systems or automotive products;
• Knowledge of electric drive systems, vehicle batteries, safety or security concepts, CAN, vehicle diagnoses, AUTOSAR.
