Do you have Early Years teaching experience in Romania and a vision for supporting teaching and learning across the country? We’re looking for an ambitious and proactive person to join the entrepreneurial teams which comprise Twinkl’s core customer segments. You will be responsible for supporting the ongoing development and growth of our Romania Early Years community. You'll be joining the Romania-based Twinkl team with additional support from leaders at Twinkl HQ in the U.K. You’ll need to take a rapid iterative approach, employing different marketing and business development techniques to get the message out to the Early Years community. You'll be a key player within the Romania team, making connections between our Early Years product and the Early Years community, and responsible for user growth within the customer segment in Romania. You will be commercially-minded and comfortable making decisions on where to pursue opportunities and showcase our product. You will be responsible for weekly growth reporting in line with business expectations. This is a very varied role that involves both proactive strategic planning and reactive work as you pivot and respond to the demands of your growing market. Key Performance Indicators: Build a thriving social media community for Early Years educators, and hit specific growth and engagement targets for that community each month. Increase revenue and hit specific growth targets. Increase new customers and hit specific growth targets. A typical week could involve any of the following: Show tenacity and drive when going above and beyond to reach new customers and build your segment. Sales and marketing to spread the word to new customers who we can help and support. Manage social media activity for your segment to make sure the right messages reach our customers at the right time. Digital optimization to look at the overall user experience of the Early Years area of the Twinkl Romania website and work with the Country Manager, Production, and web and design teams to continuously improve the UX for your specific segment. Business management and strategy to put plans in place to help achieve ambitious growth targets for your segment. Work with professionals across the business to understand what’s working and how we can improve. Requirements To succeed in the role, you will meet the following criteria: Essential- Thorough knowledge of the Romania Early Years market, and of our customers. Essential- Experience within an Early Years education setting. Essential- Fluency or working knowledge of Romanian and English. Essential- To have access to a fast and reliable internet connection of at least 6mb down and 1mb upload. We recommend you use speedtest.net to check. And a combination of the following: A strong entrepreneurial mindset and a propensity for action. Sound decision-making skills and diligent in seizing new opportunities. Understands what good prioritisation is, and values output and results.
