Senior Account Director in Timisoara

As a Senior Account Director, you are primarily responsible for maintaining the relationship with a fixed group of clients. Moving beyond responsiveness, you anticipate client needs and constantly seek to find creative solutions. You are passionate about helping customers, you have a competitive and challenger mindset, love working in a high-energy team and have experience selling to customers in the market research, media or marketing industry. WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES? You meet or exceed sales targets for the accounts for which you are responsible; You ensure proactive communication with customers, are a professional conversational partner and ensure timely delivery of quotations; You call, e-mail or visit your customers to determine their needs, to follow up on your outstanding proposals or to present new products. You also make contacts with new connections in order to further expand Dynata's network; You make sure that customers are happy with Dynata and want to work with us. You work together in a team with other Account Directors and Project Managers. Together you take care of customer satisfaction; Together with the regional Sales Director you are responsible for developing account plans to serve and grow your customers and cross-sell the entire Dynata Product Suite; Maintain strong presence in the industry through active membership and function attendance for industry professional organizations. Represent the Company at activities and functions. Stay abreast of industry news and trends. Communicate critical developments to sales and organizational stakeholders. WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU? Skills & Attributes: A positive and can-do mindset; an eye for detail and a winner’s mentality; Proven success in managing customers and in exceeding sales quotas; Strong communication skils, both verbally and in writing; Able to take cultural differences into account; Good listener; A strong customer focus, for both internal and external contacts; Ability to work in a structured and efficient way in order to meet deadlines; and to work independently as well as enjoy working in a team. Always willing to go the extra mile; Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including people development/coaching, objective setting and measurement skills; Fluent communication skills in English; Expert Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and experience working with CRM. Experience & Education: 7+ years of Sales account management experience with demonstrated success in growing and managing accounts; Experience with large account sales and managing complex sales in large organizations; Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
