We develop partnerships by understanding our customer’s business, developing personalized supply chain solutions and collaborating towards a carbon neutral future for transports and logistics.We offer:Diverse local and international career opportunitiesA dynamic team and work environmentAn open, modern and value-based company culture Extensive options for learning and personal developmentHome office possibilityAn attractive compensation package including an annual bonus based on the company’s performanceKey ResponsibilitiesAs Senior Accountant you are reporting to the Chief Accountant and you will be responsible for the following:Be the Key user for all new L&S products implementation and all system updates for existing products; check the transfer of correct data between operational systems and SAPTake an active role in the new upcoming projects: transfer pricing file, data privacy procedures, e-invoiceEnsure timely and qualitative data export from local ERP for Inland activities and Stocks and prepare import files for SAP; monthly reconciliations of the accounting figures in both systemsProcess (approve) vendors' invoices in SAPExecute manual payments and confirm payment proposals executed by the Payment team; follow up on vendors' & customers' advance payments (409 and 419 accounts)Take responsibility for Fixed assets and prepayments postingsPerform GL account reconciliation and 3rd parties reconciliation and review General Ledger on a regular basisComplete Intercompany reconciliationCheck and process expense reports (deconturi) and support the implementation of Concur systemPrepare VAT journals and other types of reports used for: Monthly VAT statements (300, 390 and 394); Saf-T statements; Corporate income tax calculationSupport the internal monthly closing and audit processes; take part in the annual inventoryWho we are looking for: 3-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in multinational companies (ATR and Accounts Payable); experience in logistics and warehousing is a plusSAP and knowledge of Romanian Financial legislationYou create effective relationships and cooperate well with stakeholders (including local authorities) and your teamYou are well-organized, able to meet deadlines and deal with ambiguity when neededA proactive, energetic and resourceful personMS Office (advanced Excel)Fluency in Romanian and English (written and spoken)A degree in Finance/AccountingOur recruitment process:Please submit your application by 12th July 2023 (kindly note that we will be able to review applications submitted in English only)If your profile matches the job requirements, our recruiter will get in touch to share more about the role and get to know you betterIf successful, you will discuss the role with the Line Manager and her team in more detailEvery candidate will receive feedback
