Join us as a Senior Analog Design Engineer and help us create semiconductors that will push automotive electrification and digitalization forward! As a Senior Analog Design Engineer you will contribute to the development of our automotive product line, such as next generation motor driver ICs which are used in fuel and water pumps, fans, seat control modules, and others. While reporting to R&D and program management, you will cooperate with other colleagues in circuit layout, concept engineering, post silicon verification, product qualification, not only in Bucharest but across other Infineon locations. In your new role you will: Design of analog/mixed signal building blocks. Perform ASIC top level integration and verification from specification. Perform floor planning and top-level simulation. Define suitable concepts including design for testability. Provide support to layout design, as well as lab evaluation and debugging. Be in charge for own task planning & tracking, including effort estimation. You are a passionate and innovative person, who is able to solve problems quickly and precisely. Moreover, you are a team player who demonstrates strong communication skills and knows how to establish lasting relationships and networks. You actively contribute to putting decisions to work as soon as they are made and push ideas to their full implementation and application by supporting the team to excellence. You are best equipped for this task if you have: A university degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent. At least 1 year of experience in analog & mixed signal IC design. A good technical background in design, simulation and verification of semiconductor electronic circuits. Good understanding of Bi/CMOS/power semiconductor devices. Solid understanding of integrated circuits functionality and design techniques. Knowledge about measurement and verification of electronic circuits. Experience in automotive semiconductors is a plus. Fluency in English.
