The Senior Analyst Integrations - Informatica job responsibilities include managing the production support team. Manage all P1/P2 tickets through resolution and document root causes. Review and approve any integration changes to the production environment. Manage the delivery of integration development for all major and minor enhancements. Lead and manage application integration technology platform supporting business operations across the enterprise covering all brands, functions, and regions. Monitor and manage business escalations and SLAs across the integration platform. Key Activities Lead and provide support for Informatica application integrations platform across the enterprise Manage the delivery of integration development for all major and minor enhancements Monitor, troubleshoot and fix integrations to support the business after go-live Coordinate root cause analysis sessions for issues with functional and technical teams across the enterprise and external partners Keep track of open tickets and coordinate accordingly with relevant parties to bring them to closure Handle day-to-day Informatica components migration tasks Liaise with Systems Administrators, UNIX, Network and DBAs, scheduling and implementing software patches and upgrades Making recommendations for the integration solution fixes by carrying out proper research Collaborate with the analysts, integration developers, and business owners for cutover planning and project deployment Planning and execution of knowledge transfer sessions between project and support teams Manage a team of AMS support personnel, prioritize work and make sure SLAs are being met Train employees and vendors on integration support practices and features. Qualifications Technical Qualifications: Minimum of three years of experience in application integration using the Informatica PowerCenter and ILM applications Experience with Informatica PowerCenter (On-Prem) Experience with Informatica Lifecycle Management (ILM) Experience with performing Informatica Power Center System Administration Activities Experience in database engineering using Oracle and SQL development Experience with setting up access roles and privileges, code page setups, appropriate ETL migration activities and scheduling jobs using Control-M Experience in automation of monitoring Informatica environments using UNIX, pmrep, pmcmd and other Informatica command line language Having a basic knowledge of SAP, such as reading data from a table and finding back errors within the logs Knowledge of Linux Knowledge of Shell scripts, Perl and Python Job: Information Technology Primary Location: RO-B-Bucharest Job Type: Standard Schedule: Full-time Shift: 1st (Day) Shift Job Number:
