We offer: Participation in interesting and demanding projects Flexible working hours A great, non-corporate atmosphere Stable employment conditions (contract of employment or B2B contract) Opportunity to develop your career Benefits package Remote work   Your tasks: Lead testing processes in enterprise software development projects/products Implement test automation using tools/frameworks like Selenium WebDriver, Protractor, SoapUI, RestAssured, jUnit, or TestNG Collaborate in Scrum methodologies within Scaled Agile, ensuring effective product development Provide expertise in test automation of REST APIs and execute web and mobile testing Mentor team members, emphasizing professional development and achieving exceptional results together   We are looking for you, if you have: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Computer Science Minimum of 5 years of work experience in software development related to enterprise projects/products Extensive experience as a test lead with at least 2 years of expertise in testing processes Proficiency in test automation tools/frameworks, including Selenium WebDriver, Protractor, SoapUI, RestAssured, jUnit, or TestNG  Excellent knowledge of test results reporting and presentation to the team Experience in implementing test automation in large-scale projects Familiarity with web and mobile testing Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) activities, regulatory requirements, and processes Good knowledge of HP ALM or similar tools Experience in CRM, MDM, OM applications Strong analytical skills and the ability to comprehend the complexity of software and software product development Skilled in testing conceptual and logical models Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to lead by influence and drive decisions effectively     We reserve right to contact the selected candidates
