Want to be a part of our team?As a Senior Business & Systems Analyst, you will be the lead on a number of transformation projects relating to internal systems and processes used within NTT Ltd.You will be responsible for the elicitation and documentation of business requirements from a range of employees from senior stakeholders to end users and will be comfortable working alongside the technical teams to deliver them in an Agile environment.Working at NTTThe Senior Business & Systems Analyst role in NTT is dynamic and wide ranging, and will give you the possibility to be involved in all stages of the project lifecycle. The candidate should be comfortable in:Running workshops with end users and business stakeholders of a project to elicit, understand, define and document the business requirementsAnalysing As-Is business processes and working with business and technical teams to improve the process with automation and scalabilityChallenging assumptions and striving for an MVP where applicableUnderstanding complex system integration projects, the concepts around APIs and message brokers, and the common issues surrounding projects of this nature.Working alongside the technical teams to design a solution that will meet the end users requirementsBecoming the system SME where appropriatePerforming minor configuration changes in various systemsCreating Exception/Reconciliation reportsCoordinating and leading user acceptance testing (UAT) and perform some unit testing where neededLead system demos, and end user trainingSupport the systems if/where neededJob Requirements Solid experience as a systems/business analystVery strong presentation and communication (written and verbal) skills.Ability to prioritize multiple tasks within a collaborative team environmentsOther preferred skills: Previous experience in projects related with Salesforce and or SAPCPQ ExperiencePrevious experience in systems integration projectsAgile methodology knowledgeDemonstrable project experience across all areas of the Quote to Cash processPrevious experience in JIRA and ConfluenceBusiness analyst certification or any other systems analyst certificationWhat will make you a good fit for the role?Standard career level descriptor for job level:• Have wide-ranging experience• Uses professional concepts and company objectives to solve complex issues in creative ways• Networks with others outside own area of expertise• Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria to obtain results • May coordinate others’ activities• Typically requires significant related experience with a Bachelor’s or equivalent degree
