The role will cover campaigns like activation, sales, customer development, loyalty, retention, event triggered and will be deployed using all communication channels available. We are looking for 1 colleague to join our team as follows:Someone with extensive experience in implementing direct marketing campaigns using communication tools of at least 5 years.Your day-to-day:As a Senior Campaign Specialist in an Agile Way of Working, you will be a part of Customer Development Squad and contribute to the Tribe and Retail Bank purpose by:Working together with Data Analysts and Campaigns Stakeholders (Business Strategy peers, Channels, Marketing, Digital and IT functions) to: centralize all the requests for Inbound and Outbound direct marketing campaigns (legal, commercial, operational, research); implement selection criteria according to campaign brief.Managing the execution of direct marketing campaigns: design, test & execute, segments, offers and personalization rules, control group(s) selection, response measurement using Campaign Management Systems.Contributing to developments & enhancements of campaign data framework by transposing campaign execution requirements for associated data environment (campaign DataMart using SQL query languages), testing of data related to campaign process and managing Data Quality assurance for Campaign Management systems (e.g. end to end data quality alignment with source systems).Provide recommendation and advises upon optimization solutions in the context of campaign mechanisms: selection criteria, channels of targeting, A/B testing, success measurement and establish expected volumes for communications.Being responsible for selecting customers eligible for campaigns, applying the accurate criteria and successful execution of the campaign throughout all the Inbound & Outbound communication channels, while maintain focus on clients needs;Managing the execution of digital campaigns in internet banking application ( Home Bank): banners set-up, recommendation of placeholders and marketing materials) Being actively involved in the creation & automation of campaigns: develop, test, execute direct marketing fabrics using available customer analytical data for targeting optimization like propensity to buy scores or other derived behavioral data.Participate in cross-functional projects like campaign/communication channels analysis dashboards and contribute to futures developments of campaign tool(s) like real-time tool, new channels & integrations with other Banks systems. Additional responsibilities for Senior levelDrive the above-mentioned responsibilities independently and self-direct.Lead (in alignment with manager) the process of business consulting in order to better define the information and campaign pre-requisites.Provide recommendation and coaching when necessary to junior members.What you bring to the team?3 to 5 years of experience in execution direct & digital campaign management: technical campaign design, customer segmentation, database segmentation experience.HTML knowledge is an advantage.Bachelor's degree (Mathematics, Marketing, Cybernetics, Statistics).Language knowledge: English (writing, speaking) advanced.Technical knowledgeExperience in using specialized software for database management (MS-SQL, Oracle, MySQL).Proficiency in using SQL query languages in day to day tasks (design flowchart communication program and datamart query)Experience in using a Campaign Management system (former IBM/HCL or SAS Campaign is desirable) represents an advantage.CompetenciesAbility to develop working processes that provide structure and discipline, communication and strong mediation skills;Ensure quality and integrity of customers target data selection;Identifying discrepancies and working towards resolving issues with support teams (optimize technical communication flowchart, improve data query selection, propose innovative internal processes)Passion for delivery and customer satisfaction with an enthusiastic, “get-it-done” attitude and ability to see the big picture and understand cross-channel targeting.Behaviors Self-learning and critical thinkingBusiness and technology curiosityCoach and onboard team new joinersStrive to produce quality output with minimum supervision.
