Senior Engineer (gn) Cloud Infrastructure | DevOps pensum: full time | location: EMEA / remote The role Designing secure, efficient, reliable, scalable, highly available and fault tolerant systems on AWS and Azure Lead efforts to identify appropriate use of cloud architecture best practices Create an integrated user experience across a broad set of technologies Be a key driver in our quest for Continuous Delivery Suggest best practices and potential improvements to our DevOps procedures and toolbox Build and maintain the department’s next generation platform infrastructure and environment Work closely with product management, and engineers to gather requirements and plan infrastructure changes Integrate information security aspects in everything you do What we need to see from you your experience & professional background 5+ years of experience in designing, building and supporting multi-regional IaaS/PaaS solutions on AWS and/or Azure 3+ years hands-on experience operating production environments using Infrastructure as code (IaC) with Terraform, Consul and Ansible 2+ years of hands-on experience with Configuration Management Tools such as Puppet or Chef 1+ year of hands-on experience with Jenkins, Containers and Container Orchestration technologies your certifications AWS Certified SysOps Administrator your communication skill Excellent written and verbal communicator in English your personality Demonstrates the ability to work with a high level of autonomy and collaborates with teammates in a fast paced environment Strong analytical and design skills, and attention to the detail Love for learning and sharing your knowledge with the team Not hesitating to question the status quo and dare to propose the unexpected Pay great attention to detail but doesn’t lose the bigger picture Strong cross-cultural and inter-personal communication skills Our offer to you* Lived corporate values for an appreciative and supportive working atmosphere A career within an innovative company with a unique corporate culture Top rating on glassdoor/kununu The option to work from home/ hybrid/ from office A variety of training and development opportunities Subscription to Private Medical Care We trust you - our working hours are flexible and not recorded!
