Azure (junior) Python (regular) AWS (advanced) You will be responsible for: Show an advanced understanding of cloud technologies, cloud platform operations and cloud governance with a focus on automation, analysis, modification and testing of cloud servicesDesign, build, implement and maintain cloud automation in order to optimize cloud spend, identify and remediate security risks and safeguard compliance across cloud platformsIdentifies, verifies and remediates inconsistent cloud configurationsImplement proactive health checks and internal audits to ensure comprehensive and reliable monitoring coverageConstruct, improve and maintain automated deployment pipelines (CI/CD)Usage of source code management tool (e.g. GitHub) to manage code lifecyclePerform troubleshooting, resolution, and problem analysisPrepare technical documentation, including software design evaluation plans, test results and technical manualsSeek opportunities to discover new and better solutions.​Communicates basic cloud concepts to technical audiences and management; technical issues and problems to vendors to solve cloud problems and install and test cloud componentIdentify and pursue opportunities for self-improvement of technical and non-technical skills​Take the initiative to do what needs to be done without being askedArticulate and advocate new cloud technical and non-technical ideas within the team We would expect from you: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience as a software engineerMinimum 2 years of experience in AWS (GCP, Azure will be a plus)Strong proficiency in one or more coding languages (e.g. Python, GoLang, Javascript)Ability to use scripting languages and APIs to facilitate cloud automationExperience with “Well-Architected Framework” principals, infrastructure as code practices (e.g. Terraform, Cloudformation) and agile development methodologiesWorking knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD principles and practices.Inter-cultural understanding and experienceContainerization and container runtime orchestrators: using e.g. KubernetesStrong communication, problem solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills
