We can’t wait to hear about YOU.Senior Compensation Analyst The Senior Compensation Analyst will be a valued member of our Global Compensation team, dedicated to delivering strategic reward solutions aligned with talent strategies and business objectives. In this role, you will contribute to the development and execution of reward projects and initiatives, supporting client groups across the Europe and Middle East region. Utilizing tools such as Workday, ComAnalyst, and Google Sheets, you will play a crucial role in implementing and supporting our compensation strategy. Reporting to the Head of Compensation, EMEA, this position offers a remote work opportunity within Europe, or alternatively, an office-based arrangement based on the successful candidate's preference and location.What you will doProvide expert guidance and advice on all aspects of compensation to the HR community and broader business, ensuring alignment with our company's reward strategy.Conduct detailed cost modeling and statistical analysis, offering insightful interpretations and recommendations based on the analysis.Perform job evaluations, benchmarking, market analysis, and actively participate in compensation surveys and networks.Assist in calculating multiple bonus plans and provide general analyses to support business requirements.Establish market-based salary structures and develop pay ranges.Deliver exceptional customer service, both internally and externally, by addressing all compensation-related inquiries effectively.Stay current with industry trends and innovations in compensation program design, as well as other reward and recognition programs. Continually drive innovation to align with our organizational culture and enhance performance.Provide support for various business change projects, as assigned.What you will bringMaster's degree in HR, Business, or Finance preferred but not essential.Experience of working in a multinational environment (ideally 3+ years preferred but not essential).Strong analytical and computational skills.Proficiency in MS Office or G-Suite applications, including advanced spreadsheet development with formulas, functions, pivot tables, and lookups.Ability to handle and analyze large datasets, utilizing complex formulas in Excel.Experience with HR technology, including market pricing software and Workday.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
