Senior Compensation and Benefits Specialist in Bucuresti

Job Description As a Senior Compensation and Benefits Specialist, you will be a subject matter expert and coach to review, improve and maintain the overall Compensation and Benefits practice across global Evolution organization as well as lead Compensation practice for IT Engineering team. Your work will require close and collaborative interaction with people managers and HR colleagues across entire organization where relationship management, advising and setting best practices will be of key. The purpose of the role is to support Evolution in making the best of its people by delivering and implementing a compensation and benefits infrastructure that is fit for purpose, attracts & retains talent, is flexible and aligns with wider people management strategies and Evolution values.This is an ideal role for a team player with a can-do attitude. You will thrive in a fast-paced work environment and possess a passion for bringing our people managers’ experience to the next level. The position is an onsite and requires presence in the office.ResponsibilitiesOversee and improve all aspects of the global Compensation and Benefits practice; take a leading role for Compensation matters to IT Engineering team. Act as a business partner to people managers regarding queries on job descriptions, job titles and compensation.Provide relevant analyses to inform and facilitate management decision-making; actively contribute to people metrics development and routine preparation works.Communicate Compensation and Benefits programs to stakeholders with a call to action and educate the wider audience on.Seek continuous improvements to prevailing Compensation and Benefits governance and practices.Participate in market surveys and monitor market trends / developments in the Compensation and Benefits area.Keep abreast and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.Work with HR teams by engaging them into Compensation and Benefits related projects. Qualifications To succeed in this role you should haveHigher degree in human Resources, Finance or Business AdministrationAt least 3 years of hands-on experience in driving Compensations and Benefits activities, with experience in HiTech industry and international marketsExperience in HR practices and pay cycle managementPractice in job evaluation and salary benchmarkingProfound knowledge of benefits and incentive practicesStrong analytical and reporting skills, ability to provide data-driven proposalsDemonstrated ability of stakeholder managementDaily user experience of HRIS and MS OfficeFull working proficiency in English, both verbal and written
