Senior Consultant SAP HCMPentru departamentul IT al grupului Marquardt în filiala noastră din Sibiu căutam un Senior Consultant SAP HCMGood to have:Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in computer sciences, business administration or a related fieldHands-on experiences in the design and customizing of SAP HCM systemsComprehensive understanding of business processes in the area of Human ResourcesMust have 3+ years of proven professional experience in the HR-IT environmentSolid knowledge of best practices like ITIL, project management methodologies etc. would be an advantageFluent in English (spoken and written), additional German language would be an advantageTasks:Perform customizing to develop further the SAP HCM system with focus on personnel administration (PA) and organizational management (OM)Provide global support to the colleagues from the HR departments for all questions and optimization or change requirementsAnalyze business processes, identify the system design and initiate the changeParticipate in various projects to create sustainable solutions and a future-driven system architecturePrepare training material and documentations as well as providing end user training sessions
