Senior Content Experience Designer in Bucuresti

The Building and Infrastructure experience design team is key to this transformation and is looking for a senior content experience designer who can help shape the future of integrated and online learning experiences for the AEC Building portfolio. The role’s primary focus is creating content experiences that concentrate on integrated messaging and supporting content that expertly guides our customers and helps them gain confidence to continually expand their use of our complex products. You will work in partnership with experience design teams, other content designers, developers, and customers to make sure the content and surrounding context supports the learning needs and behaviors of our customers. AEC houses Autodesk’s core products across the architecture, engineering, and construction industries, ensuring they have a strong future by making them modern and cloud connected. In this role, supporting the building engineering solutions, take pride in delivering products that reach millions of customers and create experiences that inspire users to Make Anything! Responsibilities Design, develop, and deliver effective learning content as part of a modern integrated user experience. Actively participate in product teams to understand user requirements and contribute to the design and evaluation of features with a focus on learnability. Assist with standardization of UX writing style and terminology to improve learnability and consistency, and to help minimize localization costs. Participate in customer interaction and research in many forms, from interviews to usability testing, to validate content designs and make iterative improvements. Use customer insights that come from analytics and customer interactions to help inform content design decisions. Develop and maintain familiarity with Autodesk products to ensure compatibility with features shared across our product portfolio. Work with a team of your fellow content designers to help expand the positive impact of the content experience design discipline at the team and company levels. Minimum Qualifications Proficient in spoken and written English. Good verbal, written and visual communication skills. Demonstrated ability to collaborate towards collective goals. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and set priorities with direction and/or feedback from stakeholders and teammates. A portfolio of work that shows a range of content you’ve created, such as product tours, in-product messaging, online help, tutorials, or other learning materials. Good experience in technical communication, instructional design, digital learning solutions, journalism, or a related field. BS/BA in Education, Human Factors, Human Computer Interaction, Information Architecture, Computer Science, or Marketing, or equivalent work experience. Preferred Qualification Previous experience writing for complex creative applications, 3D tools, animation and/or visualization tools. Interest in experience design, user research, visual design, or data analytics. Knowledge of Architecture, Construction, and/or Engineering workflows. Knowledge of Autodesk software or equivalent competitive software.
