We are searching for a dynamic Senior Customer Operations Manager to join one of the world’s most loved brands.If you thrive in a collaborative, future-focused environment and are eager to direct a team that is pivotal to our success across Romania, Bulgaria, and Israel, this opportunity is for you!Core ResponsibilitiesDeliver Excellence: Ensure products and services reach our customers on time, within budget, and in the right quantities.Leadership & Strategy: Lead our operations organisation, improving processes and driving high-quality forecasts and consumer sales plans.Forecasting Mastery: Orchestrate the monthly forecasting process, using insights, data points, and market input.Order Management & Team Development: Coordinate order management, delivery service, and cultivate team leadership and development.Capability Building: Grow the Operations team's capabilities, setting clear objectives and empowering team members.Talent Development: Cultivate key talent and ensure a robust succession pipeline at all operational levels.Collaborative Leadership: Play an active role in the BU leadership team, driving the commercial and people agenda.Gap Management: Work with sales and marketing to close gaps in consumer sales and retail inventory.Consumer-Driven Change: Lead critical changes in BU Operations, ensuring fast and reliable reactions to consumer trends.Play your part in our team succeedingOur newly established Business Unit (Romania, Bulgaria, Israel, Moldova) is set for growth and innovation.Leading a team of 5 direct reports, you will report to the General Manager and be a crucial part of the Leadership Team. Customer Operations is key to completing excellence and ensuring efficient availability and range for our consumers, linking Sales and Marketing with customer orders and inventory levels. You will also drive the overall Operations strategy for the business unit.Do you have what it takes?Experience: Strong background in Operations (demand planning and customer service), particularly in FMCG and matrix organizations with global supply chains. Demand planning is more critical than customer service.Collaboration: Outstanding skills in working with diverse groups across all levels and functions.Leadership: Proven people management experience and the ability to build significant partnerships with retailers.Technical Skills: Experience with robust Demand Forecast/Modeling tools and advanced Excel skills. SAP knowledge is a plus.Analytical Approach: Strong problem-solving skills, process orientation, and a drive for continuous improvement.Language Skills: Proficient in English; Romanian language skills are beneficial.Passion & Energy: Deep desire to deliver results through engaging and motivating teams!]Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
