Senior Data Analyst in Bucuresti

Bitdefender is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join us in our journey of transforming data into information. For this role we are looking for a self-driven, analytical, and curious person who will be responsible for translating data into business insights and present key findings in a clear, convincing, informative way, and uniquely tailored to suit different audiences.Responsibilities:Shape and manipulate sophisticated datasets to discover opportunities for driving value for the business;Build statistical models, diagnose, validate, and improve the performance of these models over time;Leverage analytical applications to translate data in stories and explain the meaningful conclusions of the analysis in written verbal and visual form;Work closely with the business’s departmental heads, management, and key stakeholders, in conducting gap analyses, creating functional designs, and guiding the business’s leadership through analytical data processing when needed.Requirements:5+ years of professional experience in an analytical role;Highly proficient in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau);Working experience in statistical and econometric modeling, performing quantitative analysis;Strong balance of business thinking alongside analytical and technical skills;Comfortable explaining sophisticated ideas clearly and simply;Excellent attention to detail, natural curiosity, and ability to problem-solve creatively;Ability to work independently while prioritizing multiple projects and tasks;Strong time management skills;Strong interpersonal skills. The information regarding the protection of your private data is available here#LI-DNIPowered by JazzHR
